What Belongs Here, and What Does Not

A few ground rules that keep SafeSide fair, factual, and worth trusting.

What to include

Tell us what actually happened to you, in your own words. Stick to what you saw and experienced firsthand. Mention the plate number, which app he was driving for, the car's color or model, whatever name showed up in the app. Pick the category that best matches what happened, from the options we provide.

What we won't publish

Nothing that could expose someone. No CNIC numbers, no home addresses, no full phone numbers, for drivers or anyone else. No calling something a crime unless you're also reporting it to police. That's not a call we get to make, and it isn't fair to the driver either. Please, only your own experience, not something you heard from someone else. Every report must include at least one supporting image, such as a screenshot of the ride receipt or a chat; if you cannot attach one, report to the police helplines instead, because they can act on your word and this platform cannot.
