Standards for factual, safe, and privacy-respecting community safety reports.
What Belongs in a Factual Report
- First-person accounts describing what you personally observed or experienced during a ride.
- Observed commercial identifiers (vehicle registration plate number, platform used, vehicle color/model, driver display name in app).
- Specific behavioral incident categories selected from our fixed taxonomy list.
What Is Strictly Prohibited
- Including CNIC numbers, home addresses, or full personal phone numbers of drivers or passengers.
- Accusations of specific unproven crimes or conclusory hate speech.
- Submitting third-party rumors or experiences you did not personally witness.
