Bilingual Support

SafeSide now fully supports both English and Urdu. You can switch between languages at any time using the language toggle in the header. All content, including community guidelines and safety resources, is available in both languages.

Enhanced Search

Our search now matches number plates exactly, ignoring spaces and dashes, so you can look up the plate of the ride you are taking and read its published community reports. For privacy, number plate is the only way to look up a driver.

Improved Report Flow

The report submission process has been streamlined with a multi-step wizard, making it easier to provide detailed incident information while keeping the process quick and straightforward.
